The Digital League of Assessment Professionals' (DLAP) mission is to professionalize the role of an assessor for all people and businesses everywhere - by digitally transforming the assessor role.

Assessment is currently the foundational action for any person in any role that provides a view of how well you are performing required tasks, and it is mostly misunderstood, and not well performed.

DLAP defines assessment as: 

"When a person (assessor) analyses the 'evidence of performance' provided by a candidate and makes a judgment on the 'value of that performance' against a standard in any context."
